In Millsberry how do you know when Sylvie is there

First to even go to take a picture you go to downtown... Then you'll see a poster in front of the HOME ENTERTAINMENT SUPERSTORE... changing first it says SURF OKALANI ISLAND... and then it will switch to VISIT LAKE SYLVANE... you click on VISIT LAKE SYLVANE... And then it will take you to a lake and you either will see Something that will trick you into thinking it's Sylvie or it really will be Sylvie, And to know for sure that it is Sylvie It will move around either jumping up into the air or rising up from the lake... And I don't know why people think you need to buy a camera trust me You don't i made like 6 millsberry's and none of them have camera's and I still take pictures of Sylvie...
