go to vermilion city fan club and talk to the owner to get a bike voucher and go to cerulean city and get a bike at the bike shop then go to lavender town after getting the sylph scope and go to the top of the Pokemon tower and talk to Mr Fuji get the pokeflute go to celadon city and go west south and west use the pokeflute on snorlax and either catch him/her or defeat him/her and go on cycle road and wallah your there.
