How do you trade with sapphire in ruby

First, you should have two GBA's and a GBA link cable. Make sure you have gotten the Pokedex on both games and have at least two Pokemon in your party on both as well. Go to the second floor of the Pokemon Center and go to the second booth, talk to the lady, and you should be able to trade between the two games.
