Question about The Amazing Spider-Man Video game

I've completed the game on normal difficulty but now I want to play it on the hardest difficulty (Super hero) for the trophy/achievement. I've changed the difficulty from the menu to super hero difficulty, so can I replay the levels from the bulletin board in parker's apartment and still get the trophy? or will I have to start a new game? Thanks
