Can Someone Help you find the name of a game

I'll try and describe it the best I can. Okay so there were different houses where you had to go to. You spectated like in the Sims. You had to place down ghosts and try to scare everyone in the houses out. That's all I can really remember, but I need help finding out what this is for nostalgic reasons and sentimental purposes.
