Is it wrong for a 20 year old to watch cartoons and play video games

Of course not. Hobbies are hobbies, everyone's different. Feel free to do whatever you want. I mean, i know 70 year old pro gamer. And cartoons, everyone loves them.
Don't forget that 20 is when you're in college, you can do anything you want there.
