How do you get the cataclysm expansion pack in World of Warcraft

To get the Cataclysm expansion, simply upgrade your account. Note: To get the Cataclysm expansion, you must first upgrade to Wrath of the Lich King expansion, then upgrade to the Cataclysm expansion.
