Is there any mod for Skyrim to make it more age appropriate like take away bad dialogue and blood and gore

Whilst I am unaware of mods to censor the language, as it involves editing all of the sound files containing bad dialogue (as well as the subtitles for that dialogue), it's not impossible that one will exist or be in the works.

As for gore, there is already an option in the settings files that should disable gore.

On Windows 7 (and probably Vista), go to Documents/My Games/Skyrim

On Windows XP go to My Documents/My Games/Skyrim

in that folder there should be a file called skyrim.ini

Open that file using notepad and search for the heading "[General]" (without quotes)

Between that heading and the next there should be the option:

bDisableAllGore=0

if it's there and set to 0, change it to a 1

Otherwise, add the following to the bottom of the General section:

bDisableAllGore=1

For the dialogue mod, either contact Bethesda and request it, or check modding sites like Skyrim Nexus, which may have such mods and usually provide all the details for installing them. *PLEASE VISIT THE DISCUSION PAGE*
