Is there a way to return to spinal tower aka seafloor cavern in fossil fighters champions after completing the story

There is no way to return to seafloor cavern but you can still get the dinosaurs that you excavate there. After you beat the game the fossils will be spread across the islands. For example I found Megalo in white canyon in rainbow canyon's pay-to-dig site
