How do you beat the first level of skyrim

Do you mean the first level in the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim? If so, then:

1) Go through the cutscene at the start.
2)Customise your character.
3) Wait until you get a quest saying 'Escape Helgen' or something to do with Helgen Keep.
4) Go into a tower type-thing, you will see stairs on the right and two people with blood on the left.
5) Now go up the stairs. You will meet up with a dragon (who you will come to defeat later as the last boss) which breathes fire at you. ouch...
6) jump down from 5) and jump down again to the bottom of the house, which should be burning up.
7) (I think) you keep on running forward until you meet up with someone called Hadvar.
8) Follow him until you are at helgen keep. Whilst outside, you and Hadvar encounter Ralof, another prisoner about to be executed. It is completely your choice to follow Hadvar or Ralof since it doesnt affect gameplay, if you side with Ralof you go against imperials later on, if you side with Hadvar you go against stormcloaks.
9)talk to Hadvar or Ralof to cut the rope tieing your hands together.
10)loot some stuff to be ready for the enemies later on. (optional, it makes enemies easier though)
11) Now go on, killing all the soldiers.
12) by the way, theres a glitch to make your sneak up to level 100. you simply follow the path until there is a door, which leads to a bridge, a couple enemies and water. let hadvar or ralof kill all of them, just hide behind the door using sneak, i play the ps3 version so sneaking is R3 (the right analog stick). you slowly, but surely get your level up to 100. i advise you turn your controller off whilst doing this, makes it a lot less boring having to moniter it every 5 secs.
13) You basically follow hadvar or ralof, until you reach three stones.
14)pick one. note: you cannot change this later, so choose carefully!
15) now keep following until you reach a town called riverwood.

Quest Done!

note: also an easy way to get destruction up in riverwood is to go to the blacksmith forge. Jump into it, and keep on jumping. Your destruction will increase! simple as that. Beware though, Your health slowly goes down. dual wield healing and use it whenever youre on low health. also, SAVE! if you die whilst doing this and the quest, you will have to start from the autosave where you are about to get beheaded! so, just to recap, SAVE, SAVE, SAVE!
