Why is it bad to play computer games

Playing computer games is not good for you because it makes your head hurt and I don't think it's good for your eyes


Recent reserch is showing that it affects how the brain works and the more violent the game the more apt the player is to be violent. This is research that is just at the start, but all data shows that it changes brain waves and the thinking process.
