Is dragon age origins better than dragon age 2

Dragon age 2 makes use of recycled maps so there's not much exploration to be done.

As for the gameplay itself, it's pretty similar. It's still an amalgamation of RPG and 3rd Person Shooter elements.

The animation, however is revamped. Different character classes offer different attack animation with the Rogue as the most varied.

Hawke, the lead character, is now fully voiced! He verbally replies to the questions posed by other characters and not just the irrelevant facial twitch that he makes as an answer in conversations back in DA:Origins.
