How do you get your ally in Plazma Burst to not attack the boss in level 16

You can't. Just run to the boss, and as soon as he starts to move, run back to the button. Your ally will be stabbed. Use 'e' to close the door when the boss is under it. The boss will be crushed. Raise the door. The boss is dead. Run to your ally and hold 'e'. Then make your way to the rocket ship. It is tough getting him up the stairs, but you can do it. Congratulations. You have beaten the game.
