What is going to happen at the end of L.A. Noire

SPOILER BEWARE!In the end of LA Noire Phelps dies by sewer water.He is in The Sewers with Jack Kelso who you will be playing as.Cole look for Elsa (sorry if i spelled her name wrong) With Kelso.They Find her with one of soldiers they were with when they were in the army.They have a short chat and once Phelps and Elsa are on there way out Kelso shoots the soldier.They find a way out going upwards they send Elsa out first then decide Kelso out next Phelps Arson partner is up on top helping them get out.By the time its time for Cole to get out its to late.He says "Good Bye",and gets carried away by the water.There are then two Cut - Scenes one is about Cole Phelps' funeral the other is about how Courtney was the one who stole all the morphine.The game then ends and you are forced to watch the credits.
