Where is the crystal snowflakes on Petpet Park

Go to Blizzard Mountain, step into the ice rink. Then go over to the snowflake in the middle of the rink. Get close enough to it so your cursor turns to a [harvesting] hand. Harvest until you get the right type of snowflake (there are different kinds that it will give you). my username is candyandy54 add me
