How do you move in battle of age of champions

Hello,my name is Logan and i'm a level 94 and i play AOC all the time.But anyways you can't move your champion,your champion fights once your army is defeated and your the last one alive,same with the other team.Although sometimes when i still have a few units attacking the other teams champion my guy goes and fights to,which usually means i lost :(,so ya there is no way to move your champion,he or she moves by his or her self once your army is defeated/
