Will there be a Kane and lynch 3 video game

As of yet there hasn't been any talk about a sequel at all. Other than the fact that it didn't sell quite as well as hoped, and judging from how many people are playing the game's online mode, it might not be likely.

However, You have to remember that the first game didn't sell well and they did come out with a #2. So fans of the series can cross their fingers and just wait too see.
