Where can I get a dog oblivion IV

The only dog you can get in Oblivion from the 360 or PS3 is apart of the expansion pack "Shivering Isles". There is an Orc named Ushnar in Crucible who LOVES dogs, but he is being bugged by a Kajhit named Bhisha (remember he is a Kajhit CAT) who also loves dogs. Because Ushnar is totally afraid of cats he wants you to get rid of his Kajhit follower. Find Bhisha and choose a way to get rid of him, kill him or ask him nicely to leave. Once you have done that find Ushnar and he will tell you he will give you an "old dog he has lying around" and then after some time a skinned hound will be there to aid you on your travels.
Careful though, he is extremely easy to loose.
