Will Alice losses her supernatural powers in Resident Evil

Yes Alice does lose her powers. On Resident Evil: Afterlife, Alice is injected with a serum by Wesker that eliminates the t-cells in her body, taking away her powers. Alice is still tough though, and glad that she is human again.
