Where was Kingdom Hearts made

Kingdom Hearts was made in Japan, but I'm not entirely sure where exactly in Japan. Square Enix basically made the larger portion of the series, while Disney had their fills (characters, worlds, abilities, etc.) in the game. Square Enix is a Japanese company, hence why it would be made in Japan.
