How do you become a member of the runescape forums

If your a free player all your skills total xp has to add up to 1 mil, if your a member you can go strait into it without all your skills total xp adding up to 1 mil. To log in to the forums you have go to the forums then click the log in button on the corner of the screen now log in and you'll figure it out from there
