How do you get all the weapons in assassins creed 2

You can get all of the weapons by buying them and once you get 50 feathers and put them in the box Mario will have a new warhammer made for you for around $30,500. All of the hidden blade upgrades will be given to you throughout the game, people will give codex pages only the ones you get in missions you will get an upgrade, other weapons will be bought at the black smith.
