How do you wear the Blood Dragon Armor in Dragon Age Origins

It is made of Tier 6 materials and has a high strength requirement, far higher than you will have at the point where you can obtain the armour. You will simply need to level up and put points into Strength - alternately a mage can put points into Magic and wear it after he or she obtains the Arcane Warrior specialisation.
