How do you get to play as Sora in Kingdom Hearts 358 2 Days

You must fill the mission gauge 100% on every mission. Once you accomplish this, the 'Sora's Awakening' item will be available at the moogle shop. Purchase the item and go to mission mode and Sora will be a playable character.
