First your parents need to trust you, you need to get good grades, keep them from doing you any favors like driving to a friends house and make sure to do some work in front of them. Then after about a month or so bring both of them in the same room, and have a speech prepared about if they would buy you a runescape membership. Be prepared to work it off, or have to pay half of it, and be calm if they say no, just keep trying.
