How do you beat meeblings 2 level 30

Turn off electricity with the grey meebling, then push meeblings with thereling (blue meebling) onto the bottom fans. Turn on electricity with grey meebling and push them to the sign with the thereling. ( i got it off of a website and i still can't get it)
