How do you get to the sepulchure in dragonfable

There are a couple of ways to get to sepulchure. One was it to face him at the end of the Osprey Cove or Shadow of the Wind Village quest chain. Another way is to head to the pet shop, click what looks like a glowing bag sticking out from behind the barrel, and complete the last quest.
