What are advanced toons on town toon

Generally, they are toons with high laff, and gags. Uber toons can not be considered "Advanced Toons" due to the fact that the are usually under 100 laff, but for example:

A toon with 74 laff and all maxxed gag tracks? NO. They don't have the laff points.

A toon with 112 laff and maxxed most gag tracks? YES. They have the laff, although not all gags are maxxed.
