How do you get the Ray and mistral robo in custom robo

All you have to do is beat Liv and Eddy in battle. They will appear once you have beaten every other main character during the final arc of the game. To see who you have beaten, go to the purple tab on the in-game menu, go to characters, and any character with a star next to their name has been defeated. Hope this helps.
