How do you learn the red moves in fossil fighters

First,you go to the Fighter Area and talk to Beth. If you have the dig site Bottomsup Bay go to it. When you enter keep walking North until you reach a narrow opening. Then walk North East until you come upon a blue rock. Press A and a black whole will appear. Go in the black whole and keep walking North. Then you will see an opening. That is the opening to the Pirate ship. Go inside and keep moving left until you see a SILVER staircase. Go up the staircase and move right and you will see an other silver staircase. Go up it and move right until you cannot walk anymore and go down the silver staircase. Go right until you reach AN OTHER silver staircase. Keep walking right until you see a WOOD ramp. Go up it and search the room for a treasure chest. When you find it open it and there will be a book on team skills. It says that "Battle with 3 of the same element and you will learn the last team skill but if one dies the team skill will not work". So after that find a VMM and get 3 of the same element on your team and battle you will know the team skill.
