What is the best key blade gear on kingdom hearts 358 2

Phantom Gear, and....I forgot the name, but when you equip it, it's a Gold Keyblade. However, though I havent gotten it yet, besides the fact that i accidentally deleted my file, there is an Ultimate Weapon. ITS the most powerful Keyblade in the game.
