Nope, and most likely never going to happen. You can use other applications though while you play such as Skype, Msn, or Steam etc. However only use this to talk to your friends and people you know (in the real world). Remember asking for personal details in RuneScape is against the Rules and code of conduct. So don't do it, as you may be banned.
