How does portal end

It ends with a fight with GLaDOS Where you take her apart and the first part you take out allows her to send out deadly neurotoxin and you have to kill her by taknig parts of her out and burning them before the neurotoxin kills you. After you kill her the place blows up and you wake up outside Aperture Science Laboratories and you are dragged away. Portal 2 picks up from there
