Yes the Galick Gun is stronger, you have to put in the fact that Goku had to go Kaio Ken x3 and then x4 to over power the Galick Gun. So all in all a Kamehameha Wave without the Kaio Ken or any other added power vs the Galick gun, Galick Gun is the Victor. So don't listen to any Goku fan that says that the Kamehameha is stronger because they can't stand the fact of their favorite character losing a battle.
