How do you put in cheats for oblivion

You just need a basic understanding of how the cheats work (player.additem, player.addspell, etc.) or you could just copy the cheats right of a website.

Firstly, opening the console or "cheat box". To open it: press the ~ button. Then just type away your cheat (for example tgm for god mode and psb to get all spells). But be warned: cheats are only for the PC version. I know my fellow PS3 (or XBOX360) players ... this is quite unfortunate indeed. Well I could give you a VERY long list of ceats avaiable OR you could visit a website for a very full list of cheats and item, npc, spell codes.

PS: Here are a few cheats you would find quite funny.

Cheats are not cap sensitive

player.createfullactorcopy

This cheat will create a perfect copy of yourself. He will be considered as a nomal NPC though so it will be considered a Murder if you kill him (unless using kill on him)

This also means he will have every sell and items you have! So kill him using kill cheat and have a duplication of every itm in you inventory Including money and quest items!

Use player.deletefullactorcopy after to delete the body

togglemapmarkers 1 will show all the lcations of the map.

to use kill or any other NPC related cheat you need a source so while console(~) is open, click the NPC.

psb will give your player all the spells in the game (note you still need a highenoug level and magicka to cast it)

and finally tgm (toggle god mode) which wll make you have invincibility, infinity magicka and infinity stamina.
