There is one cheat that infects the whole world. However, it doesn't kill them. That way is to keep refreshing until you start with Madagascar. Then, you go on to disease and you see the top lot fever tier 1. Get rid of all them and start buying the bottom lot. Then, you can also speed up time by going to the bottom of the game and there will be a pause button and 3 little dots and then you click the lil dot futrthest to your right. Also when you have started to infect everyone get all the tiers and drugs and it will kill them all. When the hospitals work on vaccines and your killing everyone The more places you infect the less hospitals open and i managed to win the game yesturday by starting with Madagascar. No hospitals were left open, helping me win the game. I got on the leader board and I'm 17th.
