Where is your truck in 18 wheels of steel

There are three different difficulty levels. All putting you in a different part of the U.S. In the easiest level, you're at San Francisco. The medium difficulty level puts you in Cincinnati. The hardest puts you in Denver. The trucks you start off are tanker/general purpose rigs.
