How do i get tiencha in dbz budokai 2

i have a better way, you have to hold the L2 button when you enter the skill shop, then leave the skill shop but you still have to hold the L2 button. then do it all over again in to you get 100percent. you can you also unlock all the character and all the skill too. good luck =) oh yeah and after you finish with all that check yourskill list andskill edit then your finish. good luck =)
