Why is there only two seasons in dragon ball gt

Akira Toriyama decided that it wasnt as successful as DBZ, so he just cut the story to make sure people dont give up on it because it took too long.
Someone else's answer: There aren't only 2 seasons in DragonBall GT. There are 4 seasons as well as a bonus movie.
