What are the names of all the hats that exist in Platform Racing 2 and how do you get them

Summaries of hats are organized in the following way:

Hat: How to get it (effect of wearing hat)

Kong hat: Get by playing Platform Racing 2 on Kongregate.com (increases exp gain by 25%)
EXP hat: Randomly appears in levels. Won Randomly. (increases exp gain by 100%)
Santa hat: Random, same as EXP hat. ( freezes tiles under player, e.g. can walk on water)
Propeller hat: Get by completing "Hat Factory" (if u press up, u fall slower)
Crown hat: Get 5000 points in F@H, for more info, Google Search "F@H" or go to this webpage: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xhcpAQ2wp-0. Also, if Jiggmin makes you a moderator. (immune to mines)
Cowboy hat: Get 100000 points in F@hH ( player can fly, cowboy hat=unlimited jetpack)
Party hat: Won Randomly. Note: It is much rarer than exp hat or santa hat, I'm a lvl 22 player (account name is lorelei) and have seen it as a prize for a race only once. Was available on 2009/2010 new year's eve and new year's day (immune to lightning)
