How do you become horseland staff

You mean a moderator? There is no way to be a coding editor and work at Horseland LLC, however you can moderate chat and ban offensive players.

You should be all of the following:

*18 or older
*Responsible and not selfish.
*Be able to ban and boot players, even if your friends if they are breaking the rules
*To not ban every player who makes you angry, and give warnings first. Make it reasonable banning, not just if someone didn't sell you a horse you get mad and delete them
*Think of ways to get players active and ideas to help the site thrive

As far as I know, Horseland Moderators are not paid.
