Who are Those 2 Secret Locked Characters in World of Warcraft

These two races/characters who appear grey on your 'Create a Character' screen are Draenei (Alliance) and Blood Elves (Horde).
They appear on your game as 'locked' because you need to install the 'Burning Crusade' expansion set in order to play as them. You can purchase this from any good game selling shop or buy a downloadable installation online.
