How do you delete a combat arms character

You just uninstall it and download again to make a new one go to the control panel look for it....uninstall it and then download agai im doing it right noe the above is incorrect -- that person is answering "how do you uninstall Combat Arms" That answer contains nothing on how to get rid of an existing CHARACTER. (I was trying to find out the same but the only thing I have found was suggestions to create a new e-mail account and use it to create a brand new account.
