Where do you find mankar camoran in oblivion

To get to Mankar Camoran you will need to progress in the main campaign.
You will meet him two times.

First : in the certain cave somewhere north of Cheydinhal.

Second : At one point you will be able to go in Mankar Camoran's paradise. There you will need to go into some caves. After you succeed, and you get out of them (on the other side), you will find a path to the final encounter with him.

Remember: to meet Camoran, in both encounters, you need to progress in the main campaign. I didn't want to spoil the experience for you, so I tried to give away little form the game. If you need more detailed info, please let us know.
