How do you use wildshape in neverwinter nights

I don't know.Anyways i purchased Neverwinter nights from bestbuy,spent 2 hours installing it,and waited for it to update for 3 hours.When i was done i went to play it and the whole playing screen had blurred bright colors to where i couldn't preess or understand anything.Please help me.IM PISSED!
