Can you play tiberian sun Firestorm on windows vista

Not without some sort of patch, it would seem. Tiberian Sun works just fine, but Firestorm tells me it can't locate "Setup.exe".

A possible workaround, without having tried it myself, would be to manually load the setup program from your CD drive and see what happens. Click on "Computer" in the start menu, right click on your CD drive, click "Explore", locate "Setup.exe" on the Firestorm CD and open it. Even if this successfully installs the game, there's no guarantee that the game will work. We all know how Vista is...
