What does the Bible say about video games

There is no reference in the Bible to video games. However, we are given certain guidelines what we may and may not indulge in. Think about these questions: How does it affect my spiritual life? Does it glorify God? Is it desensitizing me to evil, such as violence? If non-Christians knew I was playing this game, would it injure their ability to see Christ in me as a Christian? There are others of course but that should cover the bases quite well.
