How can you get more monsters on Godzilla unlashed

After fighting with each of the originally avalaible monsters and sucessfully defeating the boss Orga (or another monster) at the end, you are rewarded with points which you can spend in the Shop (I think that's what its called) where you can purchase new monsters, artwork of the game and new battle arenas.
