it is a matter of opinion,no correct answer can be given for its question,Vegas 1 has more simple layouts on the maps and the AI is less but less people play online as well on it now,Vegas 2 has more expansive maps higher AI so it is more difficult but has an experience system to unlock camouflage and equipment,as well as the A.C.E.S. which make you work for you're weapons
