How do you get 100 percent on tony hawks proving ground

you have to do all the story goals, all the street goals, buy all the new special tricks, buy all the skate lounge items(you do have to use them all thou), buy all the create-a-skater items, make and submit video edits for all tree citys, upgrade your skater stats till there all full but to get 100 you will have to find all the gaps and all the money around the map too. hope this helps
